We took a trip!

I can't believe it! We actually went out of town this weekend and did something fun. We decided that, instead of getting a bunch of presents that aren't played with half way through the year, we are going to go on a Christmas trip and do something fun! My parents went to Nashville last year to christmas shop and saw this exhibit and we thought we should go too. It was called Ice! and it was awesome! It was a building that is part of the Opryland complex and it was painted bright green in honor of the special ice sculptures inside--The Grinch. From start to finish, the entire story was done in ice! It was truly amazing! The picture of all of us -the who is ice, the wreath is ice, I am sitting on ice! We had a great time! The boys were just astounded by the entire thing! It was great! We spent the night in a hotel (with a pool) and then came home. We had so much fun! I didn't have voice, as I have been sick for the past week and lost my voice on Thursday last, but, I didn't really need it. Kerry, of course, thought it was nice to not have me nagging the entire time :) I don't nag, I encourage! Spending time with the family...it's a good thing!
